Who We Are
Wayne Hill, Director of M&G Mortgages has been involved in the finance industry since 1995. He started his career at Nationwide Building Society, learning the basics of the banking world then moved into the Mortgage Centre. Here he was dealing with Mortgage Brokers daily, assisting them with the mortgages that they were placing with Nationwide.
Moving on from Nationwide, Wayne began working at a mortgage brokerage, learning everything behind the scenes and working closely with Mortgage Advisers and supporting them. In 2008 he passed his CeMap qualifications and became an authorised Mortgage Adviser able to give clients advice on both Mortgages and Protection policies.
Wayne is married and has two Children, Madeline & George (hence the company name). His favourite team is Tottenham Hotspur but please do not let this put you off! His favourite activities outside of work are Golf and Football.
